DMCA Policy

"Chocolate Covered Strawberries" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that content is infringing your copyright.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated DMCA Agent. Please include the following information in your counter-notification:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the specific URL(s) of the material that "Chocolate Covered Strawberries" has removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
